"Saved my Trip"
"I was travelling to the UK for work when I hurt my back on the plane. I made it to the hotel but couldn't move without excruciating pain. I could just lie in bed and try not to move. I was able to get onto my laptop and tried to figure it with Dr. Google, but there were too many options and I didn't know which to do. I finally came across Dr. Paul's website and booked in for a free talk. He explained that my injury is common and not to worry. I booked in for a full session and he took my details and all the relevant information. He then explained that I had a basic twisted pelvis and told me what to do about it. It turns out the exercises I had done actually made my back worse. With Dr Paul's advice, I was able to walk around the next day and he gave me the option of a local chiro and Physio to see. Like I said - he saved my trip."
