Diet and lifestyle play a huge role in wellness. About 6 years ago, I started to make these connections. In 2013, I made the decision to move to Vancouver. I studied holistic nutrition at the Canadian School Of Natural Nutrition and am now a registered Holistic Nutritionist. Correct nutrition is something I am incredibly passionate about and I love sharing my knowledge to help people make healthy, informed decisions about their eating habits.

By using food & lifestyle changes my aim is to balance the body to it's natural homoeostasis.
