At Simon Barningham Funeral Directors, we have been helping local families at one of the most difficult times since 1880. The business that became Simon Barningham Funeral Directors was founded by Mr Henry Ingram at Goldsworth Road.

Simon Barningham Funeral Directors was established before the First World War by Ernest Bagshaw. Simon Barningham’s uncle bought the funeral business and Simon himself joined straight from school.

We also offer Choice Funeral Plans which enable you to record your personal wishes and pay towards your funeral in advance, which could provide peace of mind to you and your family.
