Personal Trainer, Teddington I am a Level 3 CIMPSA registered Personal Trainer. I have been interested in sport and fitness from an early age, personally experiencing the positive impact that exercise has to offer. I have been running, weight training and teaching martial arts for over 30 years. I played rugby and was in the karate team at university. I also acted as a gym instructor where I taught martial arts as I had passed my BAWLA Leaders course.
