Sarah Wallace Therapies provides reflexology at a home treatment space in Cheam, Surrey. I am a fully qualified (Level 3) reflexologist having trained at The London School of Reflexology based at Regent's University London.
Reflexology is a non-invasive, natural and highly relaxing complementary therapy and as such can be enjoyed by all ages-my youngest client was 9 days old, the eldest 70. Just a few of the many benefits of reflexology sessions include-breaking of stress cycles, improving sleep patterns & supporting you holistically in your health and wellbeing goals. I have supported many clients through periods of stress be the stress more chronic or period specific (family/relationship or work issues). I offer tailored reflexology sessions to ladies and men by direct referral.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and as such am bound by their strict code of ethics. I am also proud to be a member of the Sutton Complementary Health Network, a collective of fully qualified and insured local practitioners who are passionate about bringing safe, tailored complementary therapy sessions to the local community.

"I started the 6 week children's reflexology programme when my son was 6 months old. We enjoyed being part of a small class with children of similar ages. Sarah, our instructor was extremely knowledgeable and able to teach us different techniques in an enjoyable, friendly and informative manner. We loved the course book 'The Mouse's House' and still enjoy looking through it. Would highly recommend this course."
